Alex Ovechkin scored his 50th goal of the season last night---closely followed by 51, 52 and 53 -- as the Caps reigned terror on Bruins G Tim Thomas' GAA in a 10-2 bloodbath. In other news, the Caps... continued to establish themselves as the unofficial trade-deadline winners as Ex-Canuck Matt Cooke scored his first goal in a Caps uni only 32 seconds into the game and Huet finished with a .909 SV%.
